Kizzy Crawford is a Welsh singer-songwriter of Bajan heritage, blending jazz, folk, soul, and funk. In 2019, she released her debut album via 2019 Freestyle Records and received support from the PRS Women in Music fund & PRS for Music for promotion and touring. In 2021, she launched her debut Welsh language album, *Rhydd*, via Sain Records.
Her music has been featured on BBC Radio 1, 2, 6Music, Jazz FM, and more, with her single "Progression" added to several notable playlists. Kizzy has performed at major festivals including Glastonbury, L’Orient, Cheltenham Jazz, London Jazz Festival, Green Man, Cornbury Festival, Cambridge Folk Festival, Wakestock and more as well at prestigious venues including the National Assembly for Wales and the House of Commons.
Kizzy has collaborated with Joss Stone on a live performance of Kizzy's track Golden Brown as well as performing with Welsh opera star Bryn Terfel. Kizzy has supported many renowned acts including Newton Faulkner, Omar and Cerys Mathews. She has composed many pieces for TV & Film and she co-wrote music for the project *Birdsong-Can Yr Adar* with Gwilym Simcock. Kizzy has also played characters in several tv & theatre shows including PC Emma Jones in BBC’s *Keeping Faith* and Petula in National Theatre Wales production of Petula.
